Diving Certificate

As part of Forberedelsesskolen’s 10^th grade offer, you will be taught in both the theoretical and practical sides of diving, and have the opportunity to take a diving certificate.

Team-building Trip with Sleep-over

We organize a team-building trip where, in teams, you will face the challenge of a demanding military obstacle course. There will also be time to roast marshmallows over a bonfire and take part in lots of other fun activities.

E-sports course

During the year we will get to know and challenge ourselves through E-sports.

Intensive Teaching – Bring Your Own Computer

Forberedelsesskolen is known for it’s highly professional level of teaching, and at the same time, because of our small size, having a close-knit community. Day-to-day teaching is carried out by highly qualified teachers. IT forms an integral part of this, so pupils must bring their own computer.

Optional Lessons

Forberedelsesskolen is known for its music profile, and if you want to, you can choose to join a music ensemble.

There’s also the option, for an additional fee, of improving your skills on a single instrument, for example: piano, guitar, bass guitar, drums or vocals.

Study Trips

Every year we go on a study tour for approx. 5 days to the beautiful Mediterranean island of Malta, which offers both exciting history and countless fantastic experiences, e.g. snorkeling and cliff-jumping.

We also go on a ski trip to Vrådal in Norway. Here there is an opportunity to challenge yourself whether you are an experienced skier or just starting out.

Bridge-building & Internship

As part of the process of helping you choose which educational path you should follow after 10^th grade, we have a bridge-building project at the school. This means that for one week, you must participate in a specially arranged course at a youth educational facility. You will also have the opportunity to take an internship.

Enrollment

By contacting the school office on tel. 86 42 07 40, it’s possible to be put on the waiting list for 10^th grade. After an interview with the class teacher and the school-head, an opportunity for enrollment will be put forward. Upon registration an administration fee of 500kr must be paid. In addition an amount of 5100kr needs to be paid in advance. This payment can be split into two installments if agreed to by the school office. Once the money has been paid your place is secured. In the case of withdrawal, tuition fees are non-refundable.
